Oleg Klodt Architectural Studio was commissioned to design an interior for a luxury residential development by the Sminex-Inteko company. The elite club house “Obydensky №1” is located in Khamovniki district, close to Christ the Saviour Cathedral.

The architecture of the house is embedded in the historical buildings and resembles a country mansion. The interior design of the lobby reflects the architecture of the house and is filled with light and air. The connection with the exterior is supported by the colour palette – light stone in the lobby repeats the materials of the facade, and the graceful lines of the windows echo the lift portals.
The lobby design is based on the nuances – laconic metal details and rare marble, decorative elements make the club house “Obydensky №1” a unique space, where the historic character of the building would be reflected inside the lobby too.
