The inspiring architecture of the residential complex created in the concept of the location with a picturesque panorama of the river embankment defined the aesthetics of the entrance group’s interiors. From the first seconds when you enter the lobby of the house you will be surrounded by the images of nature in a modern, laconic design. The status of a clubhouse defines not only a highly aesthetic design, but also privacy. The lobby combines public areas, meeting room, children’s room and yoga area in the common color palette. A person is immersed in the world of nature and gardens, finding himself in a peaceful oasis in the middle of the metropolis.

“My desier was to go beyond decoration and create an environment that engages with residents on an emotional level. We used natural metaphors — water, ice, leaves — to bring beauty of nature inside, and that very ‘life energy’ became the leitmotif of the entire Sydney Prime project to the urban space,” explains Oleg Klodt.
