The winners of the «ADDAWARDS.RU» were announced on December, 20, 2023 at the award ceremony in St.Petersburg. The project of the Oleg Klodt architectural studio “Paveletskaya City” won the «ADDAWARDS.RU 2023», “Public spaces of residential complexes” nomination!

Oleg Klodt Architectural Studio has been commissioned by the development company MR Group to create the design for lobbies of the new residential complex in Moscow. The buildings are named after the world famous American actors and singers: Charlie Chaplin, Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly and Marlon Brando.
