The Oleg Klodt Architectural Studio was commissioned to create interiors for the de luxe apartment complex ”Ilyinka 3/8”. The developing company “INTECO” started building of the white-stone ensemble of three historic reconstructed mansions and four club residences that become literally the third building from the Red Square – they are only 200 meters away. The architectural solution from Kleinewelt Architekten combines the centuries-old history of the most ancient street outside the Kremlin and the succession of cultural traditions.
