Polyanka/44 is a residential space in the heart of Moscow designed down to the last detail. Together with John McAslan + Partners, the renowned architectural firm from the UK, international developing company PSN Group has created a complex that combines all the benefits of both heritage and modern architecture. Oleg Klodt Architectural Studio has been commissioned to create the design of apartments and common areas for two buildings of the Polyanka/44 luxury development: the historical reconstructed mansion and brand new building. The studio created elegant, luxurious and timeless neoclassical designs that melding tradition with modern, contemporary pieces for an interior. Also, PSN Group commissioned the designers to create the sales office of the development that seriously will impressed customers – new dwellers of the complex.The POLYANKA/44 luxury residential development won the 2016 European Property Awards. The project received the highest “5 Stars” accolade.
