The developing company “INTECO” has commissioned the Oleg Klodt Architectural Studio to create the interiors for the de luxe apartment complex ”Ilyinka 3/8”. The white-stone ensemble of three historic reconstructed mansions and four club residences will become literally the third building from the Red Square – they are only 200 meters away. The architectural solution from Kleinewelt Architekten combines the centuries-old history of the most ancient street outside the Kremlin and the succession of cultural traditions.
